Return & Refund Policy – KittyKicks™
We want you to love your KittyKicks™ purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof or packaging.
Certain items, such as sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products, cannot be returned.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
